Mark is a Director at Clear Bay Capital Group where he focuses on strategic operations, including acquisitions and asset management.  

Prior to joining Clear Bay Capital, Mark was a Senior Associate at a boutique NYC firm, managing a $1 billion national portfolio of industrial, retail, office, and hospitality assets, with work spanning leasing, negotiations, capital projects oversite and investor reporting.  

Before transitioning to real estate, Mark served as a U.S. Army Captain, leading 440 military and civilian personnel as Headquarters Company Commander. He graduated as the Distinguished Honor Graduate of the Logistics Captains Career Course, ranking 1st among 109 peers.

Beyond Clear Bay Capital, Mark is the New York City Associate Market Director for the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA).

 He earned his MBA in Real Estate and a BBA in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
