Parker is a founding principal of Clear Bay Capital Group, where he focuses on underwriting and asset management. Clear Bay Capital Group is a real estate impact investment organization with a dedicated focus on the strategic acquisition and transformative repositioning of distressed real estate assets.

Mr. Stone has extensive experience working at Stack Overflow, a rapidly growing software company that partners with leading AI firms, including OpenAI and Google. He worked directly with various C-suite and senior leadership members before and after the company's $1.8 billion acquisition.

Beyond Clear Bay, Parker is actively involved in the greater DC community. He serves on the advisory board for Housing Up, a nonprofit in Washington, DC, focused on affordable housing and wraparound programming to support residents.
